Payments Policy
Card On File
At Vitals Health, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file for the processing of payments related to appointments and services. The card will only be charged in the event of outstanding balances, applicable cancellation fees, or with the client’s verbal authorization at the time of payment. Clients are still expected to present a valid form of payment—such as a credit card or cash—at the time of their appointment to complete in-person transactions.
Outstanding Payments
In the event of pending or outstanding payments—including any payments not collected in-person or at the time the service was completed—we reserve the right to charge the card on file to recover these amounts, with or without additional prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any charges are processed.
