Cancellation Policy

Patients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Appointment Cancellations

  1. First Late Cancellation: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

  2. Second and Subsequent Late Cancellations: A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. Our policy allows for:​

  1. First Emergency Cancellation: The cancellation fee is waived.

  2. Second Emergency Cancellation: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

  3. Third and Subsequent Emergency Cancellations: A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Important: Emergency cancellations apply only to medical emergencies, accidents, or other critical situations. In the case of severe weather, we understand that travel may be unsafe, and therefore, we will not charge a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If a patient does not attend their appointment and provides no prior notice, it will be considered a "No-Show."

  1. First No-Show: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

  2. Second and Subsequent No-Shows: A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
